Honorary Youth MP for Torbay and Advisor to Kevin Foster
Kole represented thousands of young people in Torbay from January to July 2024, sharing views on issues and policy to former MP Kevin Foster and the local council cabinet.

Youth Advisory Boards
Kole has advised national charities and organisations on youth perspectives relevant to them. He has advised Childnet International, the RSPCA, Starlight Children’s Foundation, the National Police Chiefs Council and latterly the Ormiston Trust on internal change, as well as attending public events to highlight the importance of youth voice.

Public Speaker
Kole is a dynamic and engaging public speaker, whose work centres around youth advocacy and empowerment, politics, and technology. His fresh and professional approach has seen him speak at top venues and conferences, including the BT Tower and the Global Anti Scam Summit.

Imagine This Torbay
Koles activism started from his work at Imagine This Torbay, aiming to make torbay a ‘great place to grow up’. After over three years on their youth board, Kole has helped oversee projects and events in the local community, such as the Torbay Children and Young People Awards, as well as a doubling of partner organisations in the area.

School Leader
Kole served as Head Boy at Torquay Academy in 2024, where he revolutionised student voice as a student representative. He was directly responsible for the creation and execution of a new school council, a schoolwide talent show, and rebuilding the link between sixth form and the lower school.
He now studies at LSE, where he will continue student activism.

Youth Collaborator to the National Youth Strategy
Kole was chosen to represent the South West as a collaborator to the UK Government’s National Youth Strategy. His advice has remained pivotal in how the Government commissioned its strategy research methods and policy. Partner organisations include Savanta, My Life My Say, The Department of Culture Media and Sport, and the iwill movement.
