Kole Gjikolaj is a dynamic youth social activist and aspiring politician from Torbay, England. His work centres around youth social activism, including youth voice and youth empowerment with the iwill movement. Previously, Kole served the community of Torbay as the Honorary Youth MP and advisor to Kevin Foster, which saw him represent young people in Torbay at both a local council and parliamentary level. He couples this with continual volunteering with a range of organizations in Torbay dedicating their services to young people. Since then, he has done his GCSEs and A Levels at Torquay Academy, where he served as head boy and revolutionized student voice, and went on to study International Social and Public Policy with Politics at the LSE. Now, he is working on delivering panels and keynote speeches from a youth perspective, and advises national organizations such as the RSPCA, Starlight Children's Foundation, Childnet International, and most recently becoming a Youth Collaborator to the UK Governments National Youth Strategy.
In 2026, Kole is focusing energy on youth media commentary, as well as campaigning for social mobility, by advising the UK APPG on Social Mobility, and joining the Rosefeild Strategic Advisory.
Kole is looking to bring youth voice further to all organisations. Need advice on how to engage young people? Need a fresh speaker for your conference or panel? Just have a question or concern? Contact KOLE for more info.
